Refund policy

You have 30 days to return your lights, and a curtain that arrives faulty is replaced free.

30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery if the lights are unused and in the original box with all parts: the curtain, the USB controller, the remote, the hooks and the manual.

How to start a return

Email us at potestasest@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7851 384688 with your order number. We reply with the return address and the steps.

Please wait for our reply before you send anything. Packages sent back without asking us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your order arrived faulty, damaged or wrong. We recommend a tracked service so the package can be tracked.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Please check your curtain when it arrives. If it arrives damaged, a section does not light up, or you received the wrong size, send us a photo or a short video with your order number within 30 days of delivery.

We send you a replacement free. You don't pay anything for a faulty curtain.

Refunds

When your return reaches us, we check it and email you. If it is approved, we refund the price you paid for the returned items to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank can take a few more days to show it.

Shipping was free, so nothing is taken off for it.

Changing size

Want the other size? Return the one you have as described above and place a new order for the size you want.

What we can't take back

Lights that have been used or installed, unless they are faulty, and returns that are missing parts or the original box.

Customers in the EU and the UK

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us within that time and send the lights back within 14 days after that. Our 30-day window already covers this period.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
