Terms of service

These terms apply when you visit our website or buy from us. Cheriemood (“we”, “us”) runs this store on Shopify. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

Who can order

You must be of legal age in your country to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. We ship to the countries listed in our Shipping policy.

Our products and pictures

We describe our lights as accurately as we can. Scenes on this site are illustrations that show the real size and the real 20 x 20 dot look of the curtain. Colors and brightness can look different on your screen and depend on your settings in the app.

Prices and payment

Prices include shipping and are shown in the currency you see at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. Import duties and taxes are explained in our Shipping policy.

If a price on the site is wrong because of a mistake, we contact you before we send the order, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Delivery follows our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds and replacements follow our Refund policy.

Using the lights safely

Read and follow the manual in the box. The lights run on USB (5 V) from a USB wall charger or a power bank, which is not included. The lights are waterproof, rated IP65. Outside, use an extension cord rated for outdoor use.

Don't open, cut or change the curtain, and switch it off when you are away. Keep small parts away from young children.

The app

The curtain is controlled over Bluetooth with a free app made by another company, and with the remote in the box. The app is run by its own developer under its own terms. We can't guarantee it will always be available or work on every phone.

Warranty

If your curtain arrives faulty, we replace it free as described in our Refund policy. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we make no other promises about the products. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Cheriemood is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

The text, pictures, designs and logos on this site belong to Cheriemood or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking us.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you place your order applies to that order.
